EA knows gamers will want the full rosters, and that had to be the motivation behind including the roster share feature. Since they can't legally include the players, they created this option and you can do with it what you will.
It allows any gamer with online access to create a roster, and upload it to EA's servers. By simply going to the roster share option in the menu, and inputting the gamertag or PSN ID, you can download that gamer's saved roster. You would need to pay for Xbox LIVE Gold for all of the gamertags you'd like to use on this game for roster updates etc.
I'm going to explain it better for you. I went online and found a video on YouTube on how to get the updated rosters. On the video it shows the steps to follow along with a select number of gamer tags that have the updated roster.
The website states that you don't have to be friends, and that the rosters are available for download. However an error message shows up when using the specified gamertags. Hey there Dutchy! It sounds like you're trying to get content from other players here. Are you certain that those other players have rosters that are sharable? Also, can you please check out your Privacy settings on the console?
