I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a job well done. Most did not call us back. Luckily we found Xterior Solutions! Karen came out right away, got in the attic and evaluated the situation and property.
She then explained how they would remedy the situation, the type of materials that would be used Owens Corning , and the lifetime warranty they offer- as well as financing options. Boy were we wrong! They came back much more reasonable than other companies- and this was with them replacing ALL the plywood sheathing other companies were only going to replace up to 10 pieces.
We had them replace our main roof and two side deck roofs- the crew was quick, did a great job, and did spotless cleanup! They even replaced a rotten piece of wood discovered on one deck roof at no extra charge. Karen and Steve were polite and responsive the entire time, even after hours. The quote blew the others out of the water and their customer service, organization and communication skills were on point! Kevin, the salesman, was kind, attentive and responsive.
He dealt with my questions with patience and professionalism-even responding to texts at 8pm. The job started on time and the crew showed up prepared and ready to work. Steve, the project manager, was a delight to work with-punctual, accommodating and overall a true class act.
Questions were answered promptly and concerns were considered and addressed immediately. We truly appreciate how hard the entire team worked and how skilled they are at their craft. Foreman, Manny, did a great job with his crew-a well oiled machine!
