February It's such an annoyance but considering it's been an issue for 6 years now I managed to fix my issue of Anthem continuously loading in a windowed screen, even though I selected Fullscreen mode. In there, go into Anthem folder and then open settings folder. There is a line i think its 36 in the code that reads GstRender. Set this to 1 if it is set to 0 like mine was. This will force your game to open in Fullscreen no matter the resolution setting.
